it’s no secret most of our diet consists of highly acidic food/drink. 90% of the american diet is purely acidic: filled with processed food, caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars, etc. when your diet is too acidic, your body isn’t able to repair or detoxify itself, making you sick & prone to a host of other problems.
