if you really want to come out with guns blazing, consider retinol the nuclear bomb of anti-aging ammo.

Retinol, AKA vitamin A, has been shown to reverse the signs of aging and improve the appearance of skin by stimulating collagen and elastin production. but be forewarned, it wasn’t designed for the faint-of-heart. when purchasing retinol, we recommend starting out with 0.5% and building up a tolerance. the higher the concentration, the more likely you are to experience irritation and peeling. don’t jump the gun on this one, #trust.
