TREATMENT NOTES

• avoid alcohol & blood thinners leading up to your treatment.

• may use arnica tablets as a prophylactic for bruising and swelling

• avoid retinol and exfoliants 2-3 days prior

• massage the area 5 times a day, for 5 minutes each time, for 5 days after treatment ice the area to help prevent bruising and swelling

• no working out or saunas for 24 hrs post injections

• avoid laser treatments for 2-3 weeks

not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers
